Dear Parent/Guardian,

Thank you for submitting an application for your daughter to participate in the 2025 Teen Expo Live Fashion Show, hosted by Xcenio Events LLC in collaboration with Bella Rosa LLC. We are thrilled to receive her application and appreciate your interest in this exciting event.

Please note the following important information regarding the application process:

1. Application Review and Interview Process
   Submission of this application does not guarantee your daughter’s participation in the fashion show. We will be conducting in-person interviews with all applicants to assess suitability for the event. This interview will allow us to meet your daughter and learn more about her personality and potential for the runway.
    

2. Selection Notification
   After the interview process, we will carefully review all candidates and select a limited number of participants. You will be notified one day after the interview if your daughter has been chosen to participate in the 2025 Teen Expo Fashion Show.
